When was Resorts World Cruises established?
The Resorts World Cruises brand was first launched in Singapore in May 2022. The company commenced its maiden deployment with the Genting Dream from Singapore in June 2022.
Is Resorts World Cruises linked to the Resorts World brand?
Resorts World Cruises is a brand extension of the Resorts World global brand, which operates more than 30 properties worldwide in Asia, Europe, North America and Africa, with annual total of about 40 million visitors.
In what cities are Resorts World Cruises' affiliates/representatives located?
Resorts World Cruises is headquartered in Singapore with affiliates/representatives currently in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Taipei, Jakarta, Delhi NCR, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Manila, Seoul, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.

Is online check-in mandatory for guests?
Upon receiving your Booking Reservation, please proceed with the MANDATORY online Check-In at https://webcheckin.rwcruises.com that is open for you to input your details correctly.
NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure.
Can I change my check-in timing online?
Guests are required to follow the designated check-in timing as priority will be given to those who arrive at the terminal within their given check-in timing and to minimize congestion at the terminal.
Are cruise bookings open to all travellers?
Yes, subject to current travel restrictions and requirements from the homeport/country of origin of the traveller.
ENQUIRIES ON SAFETY & PREVENTIVE MEASURES
Is it mandatory for cruising guests to be fully vaccinated (with booster shots) for COVID-19? Will there be any pre-cruise COVID-19 testing requirement?
No. However, cruising guests are encouraged to receive their full vaccination (with booster shots) for COVID-19.
In terms of air ventilation is there any recirculation of air on the ship?
Both Genting Dream and Resorts World One ship design enables 100% external fresh air to be filtered and supplied to the cabins and onboard public areas – ensuring a constant and healthy flow of fresh air throughout the vessel with no recirculation of air between cabins within the ship.
Are the medical officers onboard trained to handle any potential outbreak? Also, is the ship well eqipped with medical facilities?
Our onboard medical team, which includes nurses, doctors, and an Infection Control Officer (ICO) onboard are certified to manage any emergency or medical crisis with a well-equipped medical facility, including Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) machines on board for COVID-19 testing.
What are the measures in place to ensure the virus is contained should there be an infection on board?
- Resorts World Cruises would like to reiterate that the safety of its guests and crew remains its highest priority and as such, stringent measures have been implemented based on the local authorities’ requirements.
- In the event of a detected positive case onboard for COVID-19, the reported guest will be immediately isolated at the isolation ward for further examination and onboard testing, with close traveling companions immediately quarantined.
- Contact tracing will immediately be activated via CCTV analysis and access cards use analysis, which are coordinated by the onboard team, including the Infection Control Officer (ICO) onboard.
- All onboard public areas and cabins will undergo cleaning and disinfection in accordance with guidelines.
- The ship will further coordinate with the local authorities on the ongoing protocols.

Do Resorts World Cruises ships offer certified Halal offerings? Any other certified offerings?
- Both the Genting Dream and Resorts World One cruise ships are officially certified as OIC/SMIIC*Standard Halal-Friendly Cruise Ships, providing regional Muslim travellers with the convenience and access to certified Halal-Friendly offerings onboard the ship. (Note: For Resorts World One’s homeport deployment in the Arabia Gulf, all meats will be sourced from UAE Halal suppliers with no pork served onboard)
- In addition, guests can make pre-advanced appointments to have the crew of the same gender attend to the guests for selected onboard services such as the Spa.
- Certified Vegetarian and Jain cuisine are also available to cater to travellers from India and others who prefer specialized vegetarian selections.
