Holiday Tours and Travel Sdn Bhd and Royal Caribbean International may make necessary changes to the boarding, arrival/ departure times and ports of call in the itinerary without prior notice due to force majeure or for the safety of passengers.
If the above situation occurs, the transportation company and Holiday Tours and TravelSdn Bhd will not be responsible for any refund or compensation. Passengers can purchase cruise-related insurance from insurance companies.
If a passenger is refused entry or boarding due to his own reasons before traveling, his/her travel expenses will not be refunded.
