- Booking Classes: All booking classes are eligible, except promotional fare classes (G, O, Q, T, P), free tickets, agent discounted fares, industry discounted fares, and redemption tickets.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Ticket Requirements:
- Offer applies to new Buiness Class and Economy Class tickets issued within the campaign sales and travel period.
- Business Class: Includes a complimentary stay at a 4-star hotel.
- Stopover Duration:
- The itinerary must include a stopover in Doha for at least 24 hours when traveling from Malaysia to destinations beyond.
- Hotel Booking Requests:
- Requests for the complimentary hotel stay must be made by liaising with Holiday Tours’ Travel Advisor to ensure all details are arranged seamlessly.
- Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date.
- Redemption Limit:
- The complimentary hotel stay can only be redeemed once per booking, on either the outbound or inbound journey.
- Hotel Stay Details:
- The offer covers a 1-night stay with breakfast.
- One complimentary room will be provided per booking, accommodating up to 2 adults and 1 child (under 11 years), on a twin-sharing basis (must include 2 adults).
- For bookings with more than 2 adults and 1 child, additional complimentary rooms can be requested, subject to availability.
- Passenger Requirements:
- Passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- A valid Qatar Airways boarding pass and hotel booking confirmation must be presented upon check-in.
- Additional Terms, Changes and Cancellations:
- Complimentary hotel stay cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours before the travel date.
- In cases of involuntary changes, such as schedule changes, please liaise with Holiday Tours’ Travel Advisor to amend the complimentary booking.
- No-shows:
- Complimentary hotel bookings cannot be rebooked in case of no-shows.
- Non-transferable Benefits:
- Stopover bookings and complimentary hotel stays are non-transferable.
- Responsibility for Extended Stays:
- Passengers are responsible for paying directly to the hotel for any extensions beyond the complimentary 1-night stay.
- Hotel Assignment:
- Complimentary stays will be assigned based on availability at participating hotels during the travel dates. Qatar Airways’ decision on hotel assignment is final.
- Important Notes
- The complimentary hotel stay is valid only for travel dates within the campaign period.
- The passenger’s name on the complimentary stay booking must match the name on the flight reservation.
