Malaysia has relaxed Covid-19 restrictions under the National Recovery Plan for individuals who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. According to the recent Ministry of Health’s (MOH) announcement, fully vaccinated Malaysians and travellers from overseas are no longer required to quarantine when they arrive in Malaysia.
Meanwhile, those who are not vaccinated or have yet to complete their Covid-19 vaccine doses should undergo a quarantine period of 5 days. The new rules are applicable for arrivals from April 1, 2022, onwards and travellers who are partially/not vaccinated will require to apply at least 4 – 10 days prior to the date of entry into Malaysia.
